The words “we”, “us”, “our” and “CabsCabs” refer to the website www.CabsCabs.com and its cab booking services. The content, design, layout, graphics and information available on this website are owned or licensed by CabsCabs.

The content available on this website is provided for general information and may be changed at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information available on this website or through third-party links.

4. Cookies & User Information

We may use cookies to understand user behaviour and improve our services. If you agree to use our website, your IP address, location, mobile number, transaction details and booking information may be stored for service, safety and support purposes.

5. Use of Website at Your Own Risk

Your use of information or services provided on this website is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information, products or services available through this website meet your travel needs.

6. Copyright & Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized use, copying, reproduction or distribution of the website content, design, layout, logo, images or graphics is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action, claims for damages or criminal liability under applicable laws.

7. Booking & Refund Conditions

• If driver details are shared with the customer, the booking amount may not be refundable.
• If the driver connects with the customer on behalf of CabsCabs, refund may not be applicable.
• Once cab and driver are assigned and confirmed, cancellation/refund will depend on company policy.
• The company may accept or reject any booking depending on cab availability.
• CabsCabs may cancel or terminate any booking at any time due to operational reasons.

8. Pickup Location & Distance

The cab will be arranged from the nearest available location. If the cab travels extra distance to reach the pickup point, additional charges may apply. Distance will be calculated using Google Maps or available routing data.

9. Toll, State Tax & Parking

• Toll tax, state tax, border tax and parking charges are extra unless clearly mentioned.
• Airport entry fee, parking fee and other entry charges are payable by the customer.
• Any extra kilometres will be charged as per the selected vehicle category.

10. Vehicle & Driver

• CabsCabs can provide a vehicle category, but cannot guarantee a specific vehicle model.
• Customers must verify the vehicle number and driver identity before starting the journey.
• If vehicle or driver details do not match, the customer should not start the ride.
• CNG cabs are available only on CNG routes. Extra charges may apply on non-CNG routes.

11. Customer Responsibility

• The customer should not pressurize the driver for over-speeding.
• The balance amount should be paid to the driver/cab owner as per booking terms.
• The customer is responsible for personal belongings during the journey.
• Additional pickup/drop may be charged separately.

12. Delays & Travel Conditions

Driver arrival may be delayed due to traffic, road conditions, weather, vehicle issues or other unavoidable circumstances. CabsCabs will try to provide timely service but will not be liable for delays beyond its control.

13. Third-Party Links

This website may include links to third-party websites for user convenience. CabsCabs is not responsible for the content, privacy policy or practices of third-party websites.

14. Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or cab booking services will be governed by the laws of India.
